I sixty-five with a beautiful 8 year old to keep me young and a reason to live forever. She's my birthday present every day. I feel great. Doing my best not to catch anything. Taking up woodworking as a last third of life avocation. Still writing songs about whatever is around me. I'm grateful for all my friends, for life itself, for the crazy lessons we're learning, my homestead, the food on the table, the great outdoors, Mother Nature herself, and my own spirit that was birthed by Geraldine Freeman and Abraham Alfred Cherney, my wonderful parents, now in spirit. My only sadness is that they never got to meet Abigail Grace Reynolds Cherney and that so many humans have lost connection with our bountiful Earth and her creatures. And that I sold my Matchbox car collection in 1982. Other than that, I'm good.
