Concentration is key. It unlocks the doors of perception and develops your ability to sustain clarity and awareness. What you pay attention to becomes your reality in curious and beautiful ways. All this takes is patience, courage and a willingness to come back to the practice over and over again. It makes a lot of sense how fragmented and chaotic the vast landscape of our media world is. Bright colors, flashing lights, dancing bodies, and smiling models all squished together to make sure we are paying attention to products... like soda pop. Or whatever else it is the marketplace is selling at any given time.
This is why I feel so called to this emerging field of conscious media. This is how I stay focused and aligned. I come back over and over again to witness your stories of transformation, your miracles of health and well being, and your awakening.
