Concentration is key. It unlocks the doors of perception and develops your ability to sustain clarity and awareness. What you pay attention to becomes your reality in curious and beautiful ways. When you develop the capacity to focus your attention and bring your full-self to that process, the universe has no choice but to follow your lead.
By returning, over and over again to your vision (or your transformational story), you are inviting the swirling vibrant universe to see itself in a unique and new way. This creates that ‘AHA’ moment your creative self longs for. It is within this alignment of attention, awareness and embodiment that your strongest ideas will arise. It is in this moment that deeper levels of your story become available for you to incorporate. It’s this present moment where you expand towards your true vibrant self.
All this takes is patience, courage and a willingness to come back to the practice over and over again. It makes a lot of sense how fragmented and chaotic the vast landscape of our media world is. Bright colors, flashing lights, dancing bodies, and smiling models all squished together to make sure we are paying attention to products... like soda pop. Or whatever else it is the marketplace is selling at any given time.
This is why I feel so called to this emerging field of conscious media. This is how I stay focused and aligned. I come back over and over again to witness your stories of transformation, your miracles of health and well being, and your awakening.
