Pfizer Vaccine’s Funding Came From Berlin, Not Washington. It’s said that success has many authors, and the encouraging data from Pfizer Inc.’s experimental Covid-19 vaccine had plenty of people in Washington lining up to take credit.

Vice President Mike Pence was among Trump administration officials saying support from the government’s Operation Warp Speed program helped accelerate the development of the vaccine, which was found to be more than 90% effective in preventing symptomatic Covid-19 infections in an interim analysis.

The truth is that Pfizer didn’t receive any funding from Operation Warp Speed for the development, clinical trial and manufacturing of the vaccine. Rather, its partner, BioNTech SE, has received money -- from the German government.

I remember going to Disneyland as a Child. AND NOW... There is a Giant Addition All About Star Wars. I want to go! It Looks Wonderful on TV...

We also went to Fairyland in Oakland... The Star Trek Ride in Las Vegas... and the World's Fair in Seattle... and Recently, the Experience Music Pavilion - dedicated to Seattle's Jimi Hendrix and Curt Cobain. That was fun as they had a Giant Musical instrument (Tubular Bells) that visitors could play together... and so we EXPERIENCED MUSIC... However, the very best is EPCOT in Florida. I spent Five (5) Days there... Everybody told me that Space Mountain was the best ride and So, I Went to the Park just before it opened and ran to Space Mountain in order to avoid long lines... It's a roller coaster in a Dark room with Giant Movie Screens and Puppets... Since I was in the Dark, I was totally Fooled by the effect. 

 I also liked the Kraft Dancing Food Show. Perky Bottles of Milk and Bananas etc all singing some UPBEAT Song... Very similar to a ZAP Comix Cartoon... I went there every day from dawn to noon, went back to the Campsite and slept during the heat of the day and then went back at Night. At the Big Lake there is a Classical Music Show with Fireworks, Fountains, Incandescent Lights and Lasers. They project a map of the world on the Giant Silver Ball and then Make it Spin... Laser Animation... Quite Spectacular!

 However, the VERY BEST was the Carousel of Progress... That Song! and The Wonders of Technology... Everybody Sing! "Now is the Time, Now is the Best Time, Now is the Best Time Of Your Life! Right Here and Now, You've Got It Made, The World's Forward Marching and You're In the Parade! - Written by The Sherman Brothers... they also wrote "It's a Small World after All"

 One of the Song and Dance Numbers at Kraft Foods Was:
"Veggie Veggie Fruit Fruit" by Colander Combo and the Fiesta Fruit... Night sounds, Latin percussion, and low lighting set the mood for this number, as the produce (broccoli, tomatoes, bananas, etc.) began to chant "Veggie-Veggie-Fruit-Fruit! Veggie-Veggie-Fruit-Fruit!" Bonnie Appetite, now in a Carmen Miranda-style carnival outfit, and perched upon a crescent moon that descended from the ceiling, sang "I simply have to tell you that my friends who are singing are...delectable!" Here, another running gag was present. A broccoli piece said "cha cha cha!" at times while his glasses flipped off, but the glasses resumed their spot.

Biden is Wrong about the Hyde Amendment... [and then he flips! now his position is the Exact Opposite..] Federal Payment for Abortions for Poor Women is a GOOD IDEA.

 Think this thru... The last thing America needs is MORE UNWANTED POOR PEOPLE. If we don't pay for their abortions, they will give birth to more and more and more people... I support the Bill in Congress to Federally Fund Water Storage in California. Dam it! Trump Could Do Something GOOD for a Change.

The 2019 Energy and Water Bill was included in a “minibus” package of spending bills that also contains funding for Veterans Affairs and the Legislative Branch. All three of these appropriations bills now go to President Donald Trump for his signature.

Calling passage of the Energy and Water bill a “big win for California,” Sen. Dianne Feinstein noted it is the first time since 1999 that Congress has passed an Energy and Water appropriations bill before the start of the fiscal year.

The bill includes $12 million for desalination... That means changing seawater into drinking water... and Increased funding for desalination research and development by almost 35%.

I lived there until graduation from Los Gatos High School in 1972... an Ideal Childhood... FYI: Los Gatos is about 50 miles South of San Francisco on the edge of the mountains between San Jose and Santa Cruz.

I Went to West Valley Jr. College, learned electronics drafting and got a job at System Industries in Santa Clara... I feel blessed that not only did I grow up in a great location but I also grew up at a great time. I missed the Vietnam War by ONE Year and Silicon Valley Was Hiring Like Crazy When I Needed a Job.
