Amy Slavensky for CA Assembly District 7 near Sacramento. Amy devoted 40 years to California's public schools as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, all while raising her own children...

https://www.amyslavensky.com/

Amy was born and raised right here in District 7, in Fair Oaks and Carmichael.

She attended public schools, grew up on food stamps, Medi-Cal, and subsidized housing, learning early that public systems and education can be the difference between stability and falling through the cracks.

Amy devoted 40 years to California's public schools as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, all while raising her own children, often as her family's primary breadwinner. She has led schools in communities ranging from high-poverty urban districts to small rural counties, always centering the students and families who needed the most support while maintaining a focus on all students.

As superintendent of Amador County Unified School District, before and during the COVID pandemic, Amy led the school community through crises — facing political pressure, personal threats, and hard budget decisions — and always made the calls she believed were right, not the ones that were easy or popular. As deputy superintendent at San Juan Unified School District, she was known as a problem solver, collaborator and leader who was not afraid to make hard decisions to support staff and keep students at the center.

Amy is running for Assembly because the issues she has spent her life working on — education, affordability, healthcare, and the strength of our public institutions — have never been more urgent. She is ready to bring that experience, and that sense of urgency, to Sacramento.

Why I'm Voting for Xavier Becerra - CA Governor... As California’s Attorney General, He sued the Trump Administration more than 120 times, and won landmark victories protecting Obamacare, working Californians and Dreamers from attacks.

https://www.xavierbecerra2026.com/

The Case for Xavier Becerra:

Californians know all about disasters, but Donald Trump is a man-made natural disaster attacking Californians every day.

As the US Secretary for Health and Human Services, he expanded health coverage to more than 24 million Americans and stood up to drug companies to lower the cost of prescriptions. Xavier Becerra is the only candidate for Governor with the experience to tackle the man-made crises of the Trump Administration on Day One. He doesn’t just complain about Trump– Becerra beats him, and Californians win.

Clean Energy. Lower Bills. Shared Benefits.

California’s clean-energy transition is necessary and urgent—but too many families are paying the price through rising utility bills, unreliable service, and confusing rate structures. As California’s Governor, I understand one simple truth: climate action only succeeds if it is affordable, reliable, and fair. The goal is to cut pollution and emissions while lowering household energy costs, strengthening public oversight, and ensuring the benefits of clean energy reach everyone. Bill affordability will be at the center of my energy policy, especially for low- and middle-income families. We also need stronger oversight and accountability of our utilities with increased transparency and accountability that can ensure reliability, safety, affordability, and actual emission reductions. I believe that by treating clean energy and grid resilience as public investments—and ensuring renters, low-income households, and workers share in the benefits—California can fight climate change, strengthen reliability, and make energy more affordable for everyone.

Is Steve "Hilton" a Danger to America? YES... And here's why... In California Governor's Race: Conspiracy Theorist is the Winner for the Republican Party. Fox News Freak. Originally from England. A Total Trump Pansy...

"Hilton's" parents, whose original surname was Hircsák[9] emigrated from Hungary during the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. They came to Britain, initially claiming asylum, and anglicised their name to Hilton. Because that's the hotel they were staying at...

*Alignment with "MAGA" Politics: Opponents frequently label "Hilton" a "fervent Trump loyalist". Critics argue that his "positive populism" and "MAGA" associations are a "dangerous path" that could alienate moderate voters and bring polarizing national politics to California.

*Policy Positions: Some view his stances on sensitive issues as extreme. For example, he has suggested he would extradite California abortion doctors to states like Louisiana where the procedure is restricted.

*2020 Election Rhetoric: Following the 2020 presidential election, "Hilton" used his Fox News platform to demand investigations into claims of election fraud, which critics view as undermining democratic processes. (there was no ACTUAL fraud - it was all a symptom of Trump's paranoid schizophrenia)

MB SAID: "I get annoyed at places that only offer QR code menus and no paper menus."

I Replied:

I have never scanned a QR Code... We just went out to lunch and it had a paper menu... I looked at the menu until I saw the word SALMON and Told my sister in law... THAT'S IT... It was served with Sourdough Toast & Eggs... I had a Mexican Coca Cola made with Sugar Cane in a Glass Bottle... The restaurant was SUPER PACKED with People...
