I Said: Right now there is water in our creek. It's a Rare Event because our Climate Does Not Rain a Lot at this time of the Year. What is wonderful is that we get frogs during the wet times... Quite Spectacular to listen to them Croak.
and... in the Novel "Stranger in a Strange Land" by Heinlein there is a Water Ceremony as a Big Part of the Story. A Friend says that at Burning Man there is a Water Ceremony as Well. Since It's a Desert and Water is Rare and Precious... Every time you meet a new person... you share water... and become Water Brothers... The Trick is to Drink First and then Pass the Bottle to your friend... That way you won't be worried about getting an empty bottle back... because you have already drank.
