When I Have a Bad Dream, I Intentionally Substitute a Pleasant Experience from My Life. Instead of Dwelling in the Nightmare, I FORCE MYSELF TO CHOOSE BLISS.

For Example: I Often Have Dreams about a Landlord Evicting Me for Not Paying the Rent... SO... I Switch to Memories of Swimming Nude With My Future Wife in Butte Creek... I wanted to Impress Her So I Swam The Butterfly and Splashed a Lot... She is a Surfer and I'm a Swimmer... SO... I Can Substitute This Idea for the Bad Dream... Every Time... 

 I Often Remember Mistakes I Made in the Past... I Worked as a Mechanical Draftsman/Designer and I Have Often Created Products That FAILED... Many Succeeded But I Seem to Remember the Errors... SO... I Have Realized that I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PAST... and Most of those Products are No Longer Even Being Used! SO... I Replace Those Bad Thoughts with POSITIVE THOUGHTS... 

 Like the Time I Was Designing a Printed Circuit Board and the Sun was Streaming Into My Office and Illuminating my Drafting Board... I Experienced Bliss Realizing that I Was Getting Paid to Draw Pictures! I Love to Draw Pictures and... WOW... I Was Getting PAID a Lot of Money... AND... Making a Product That Made the World Better... I was Working at The US Postal Service Designing a Machine that Improved the Quality of the Letter Sorting Machines... a 25 Billion Dollar Savings over the life of that product... 

 SO... Whenever I Sinking Into The Whirlpool of Negative Thoughts... I REFUSE to Drown in REGRET!

 I find that Sometimes I Cannot Tell if a Memory is a Dream or an Event that Actually Happened... I Have a Recurring Dream? about Driving North into Pennsylvania and Sneaking into a Church... I Climbed Up Into the Organ Room and Played the Real Pipe Organ... and while I was Leaving, a Person Thanked Me... 
I Said: "It's Just My Way of Thanking God."

 and Since I'm Slipping into Old Age and Dementia... 
I Can See What my Future Will Be...
Total Fantasy and then Death...
But I Will Not Even Notice it!
