Pay close attention to the part that says HAD HE BEEN OF LEGAL AGE. Therefore, it was NOT in fact, self defense, because (keep up with me now) at 17, he was ILLEGALLY carrying the assault rifle that he used to commit homicide on 2 unarmed protesters. And not to bring race into it but let’s be real, had he been black or even Hispanic, he wouldn’t have even made it past police. Yesterday's verdict of not guilty is a travesty, and the scales of justice, that is supposed to symbolize the idea of the fair distribution of law, with no influence of bias, privilege or corruption, was thrown on the ground and stepped on.

Kyle Rittenhouse is now the poster boy for the Fascist Republican Party, the Alt-Right, and every White Supremacist organization. In The Crews opinion the verdict was sealed when the judge threw out all charges involving Rittenhouse having an AR-15, and transporting the weapon across state lines.

When the jury went into deliberation, it is hard for us Thinkers to believe that they truly listened to instructions in regards to the definition of self defense. They all have ears, but that doesn't mean they hear, or comprehend. When claiming self defense as the reason for killing someone, the defendant can not provoke the incident, when he or she does they loses the right to self-defense. You cannot claim self-defense against a danger you create.

To claim self-defense, the defendant must prove four elements. First, with exceptions, the defendant must prove that he or she was confronted with an unprovoked attack. Second, the defendant must prove that the threat of injury or death was imminent. Third, the defendant must prove that the degree of force used in self-defense was objectively reasonable under the circumstances. Fourth, the defendant must prove that he or she had an objectively reasonable fear that he or she was going to be injured or killed unless he or she used self-defense. The Model Penal Code defines self-defense in § 3.04(1) as “justifiable when the actor believes that such force is immediately necessary for the purpose of protecting himself against the use of unlawful force by such other person on the present occasion.”

In simple terms if Kyle wasn't in Kenosha with an AR-15 none of this would have occurred. The Crew also wants to know when will the mother be charged with transporting someone under age across state lines with an AR-15.

MADISON CAWTHORN GLOATS ABOUT KYLE'S VERDICT

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) was gleeful about Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal in two shooting deaths on Friday and posted a video on the subject that include him urging his supporters to “be armed, be dangerous.”

Cawthorn said those same people should also “be moral,” before becoming one of many right-wing Republicans to offer the 18-year-old Rittenhouse an internship.

“Kyle, if you want an internship, reach out to me,” read the caption on Cawthorn’s video.

On Wednesday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said that Rittenhouse, for some reason, would make a “pretty good congressional intern,” and that his office may reach out to the teen to gauge his interest.

Following Rittenhouse’s acquittal, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) tweeted he would “arm wrestle” Gaetz to “get dibs for Kyle as an intern.” Gosar also asked his followers on Twitter if Rittenhouse should get a congressional medal of honor. The teen shot three people, two fatally, at protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, that erupted following the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man.

TRUMP Jr. ENDORSES SENDING AR-15 TO RITTENHOUSE

Donald Trump Jr. responded to Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal by encouraging people to sign a card of support that will be sent to the teenager, alongside an AR-15 rifle.

Former President Donald Trump’s son amplified powerful gun lobbying group Gun Owners of America’s “award” for Rittenhouse to his 7.1 million Twitter followers on Friday night.

“Sign the card in support of Kyle,” Trump urged just hours after Rittenhouse, 18, was found not guilty on all charges relating to his shooting of three people, and killing of two, during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year, when he was armed with an AR-style semiautomatic weapon.

“Americans have a fundamental right to defend themselves, and to keep and bear arms,” Trump added, copying the text on the GOA’s website. “The verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial is a recognition of those rights.”

Newly acquitted shooter Kyle Rittenhouse declared with a smile in the backseat of a car in a clip on Fox News Friday night: “The jury reached the correct verdict. Self defense is not illegal.”

It’s “been a rough journey,” he added.

Host Tucker Carlson revealed that his “documentary” team was with Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, when he was acquitted of all charges earlier in the day of the shooting deaths of two unarmed men, and the wounding of another.

Carlson gleefully announced that “left wing propaganda was defeated” with the acquittal. Carlson also revealed that his team has been with Rittenhouse for days to create one of his “Tucker Carlson Originals.”

Rittenhouse successfully claimed self-defense after he crossed state lines to safeguard businesses with an AR-15 style rifle during the protests against the Jacob Blake police shooting, which led to confrontations that ended with him fatally shooting two people and injuring a third.
