It's a drug my cardiologist had me go on since I was reducing my blood pressure way too low using another high drug cost ( Entresto -$2400 for 90 days supply) ludicrous sum . Jardiance was the next best thing to help my heart but it's cost was just as high and it's reducing blood sugar qualities did so too much for me urinating my life away literally hourly! I don't have Diabetes and that stuff was not good. The ads are terrible showing an highly obese woman with diabetes singing like she was going to loose weight- yeah that's false advertising for this as other drugs are out there. The ad itself is depicting most people who are diagnosed with diabetes are obese as she is, that in itself is false. Stupid drug & stupider ad.

So I posted before about how much I hate the Melissa McCarthy commercial for Booking.com ("Somewhere, anywhere...") because it's been in such heavy rotation on practically every channel for MONTHS now. I remember seeing it back in March, possibly earlier than that, but at least March. So that's five straight months that it's been in heavy rotation on nearly every channel. Booking.com must have paid a lot for that. But now there's another commercial which is in heavy rotation, and I hate it even MORE. In fact, I would be happy to see the Booking.com commercial twice as often if this other commercial would go away completely. I'm talking about the Volkswagen commercial with "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" and the laughing kid. It started a month or so ago, and it stopped for a week or so, so I thought it was gone. But now it's back, and it seems to be in as heavy rotation as the Booking.com commercial. George Michael must be rolling over in his grave hearing his song used in such an abomination. Whoever the people are who came up with that idea - they need to stop. Seriously. And the TV stations need some better advertisers.

The People in the Living room at Home leave the SOUND ON during commercials and so I can Hear the ads playing quietly in my room... "The Little Pill With the Great Big Story to Tell..." Man... I took some little pills in the 1970s that REALLY DID Have a Great Big Story to Tell... I bought 'em in the Parking Lot of Grateful Dead Concerts!

I agree with you: if a pill is going to have a story to tell, it's probably something a lot more interesting than diabetes medicine!

I'm also annoyed at Commercials That PROMOTE CONCEPTS... Like: "Oil and Gas are a Great way to Power the USA" and "Chevron is the Human Energy Company" What Does That Even Mean??? In the Movie "The Matrix" People were used to Generate Electricity...
and They show a Beautiful Blond Girl with her hand out the window of a car enjoying the air rushing by on Highway #1 in Big Sur... To Remind You how much FUN Oil and Gas Is... Travel! Vacation! Happy Children! Forget all those Climate Change Doomsayers... Let's GO for a Drive!
I've never Actually heard Most of these TV Ads... Because I MUTE ALL ADS... EVERYTIME! Why pour Poison into Your ears?

They show an eye catching event and then say that we don't need eye catching events to sell out Car Insurance - tow truck service... a Talking Chipmunk - Mocking the GEICO Gekko... Nope, We Don't Need Talking Animals... the guy driving his car thru the wall... Causing Vast Destruction! "Why are you even Here?" and The WORST... the Daughter who found a photo of her dad who was an Alice Cooper Type Singer in a Rock Band... and then she Throws the Picture Down and runs to her room upstairs... How does that sell Car Insurance???

I HATE the one with the girl who finds a photo of her dad...and then it has that obnoxious guitar solo, and he says "I was the lead singer" over the guitar solo. Such an obnoxious commercial. Thank God I haven't seen it in a while...
