What Does This Say?
I'm amazed that even though I ran this paragraph through the backwards freak out machine... Google can still read and understand the words... I guess everything you post becomes part of the Artificial Intelligence Large Language Model...
Modern AI models do not just look at whole words. They break text down into smaller pieces called tokens (often syllables or letter clusters) and analyze patterns.
Because the internal letter patterns of the reversed words remain consistent, the AI can easily map them back to their original English meanings.

So, I know a lot of people are cold-turkey-ing AI and good for them!! But after much trial and error I have found that doesn't work for me. My best bet is weaning myself off of it and then eventually cutting it out. Just wanted to raise awareness that that's a method to use as well!
The biggest tip I have honestly is figuring out what the AI replaced in your life. For me it was reading! I've gotten back into it, and I find that the more I read of literally anything written by a human, the more unappealing the AI is. Like I'll open the app and then rage quit it within an hour because it's SO. BAD.
Also the Minimalist Phone App has helped a lot. There's a mode where you choose how much time you want to spend on the app, and then the phone will block it for a set period of time afterwards. It's great for stopping several-hour long binges!
I've gone from losing days to AI to not using it everyday and at most (on average) using it for 3 hours instead of 10 or even 13. I'm not clean yet, but I'm getting there!
And it feels more permanent this time. When I tried to just delete it, it never lasted more than a few days or weeks, and I knew it wouldn't. Now it feels like I'm teaching myself that I don't need it, and it's sticking! I've become more creative and more aware, so I'll call that progress!
