On Aug. 10, 2022, President Biden signed into law the Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022.
Section 804 of this law is the Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA) of 2022, which allows people — including Veterans — previously exposed to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune to file a new claim with the Department of the Navy.
Individuals may seek relief in Federal court for a claim that is denied or no decision is made six (6) months after a claim is filed.
Following are links to additional information to help you file a claim and better understand the CLJA Claims Process: CLJA Claim Form
On September 20, 1950, a US Navy ship just off the coast of San Francisco used a giant hose to spray a cloud of microbes into the air and into the city's famous fog. The military was testing how a biological weapon attack would affect the 800,000 residents of the city.
The Department of Defense (DoD) conducted chemical and biological warfare testing in
support of Project 112 and Project Shipboard Hazard and Defense (SHAD). This testing
used:
• Biological and chemical warfare agents
• Simulants
• Tracers
• Decontaminates
Historical Background of the U.S. Biologic-Warfare Program.
Organisms and materials that were considered by the scientific community to be "safe" were selected (U.S. Army 1977). A total of 160 tests using various simulants were conducted at 66 locations (both military and civilian targets) in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
The United States biological weapons program officially began in spring 1943 on orders from U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt. Research continued following World War II as the U.S. built up a large stockpile of biological agents and weapons. Over the course of its 27-year history, the program weaponized and stockpiled the following seven bio-agents (and pursued basic research on many more):
As a doctor and a veteran, my life has been guided by a series of oaths – to my patients and to our country.
Now, I'm running to represent the people of California's 3rd Congressional District.
My mom was a home health nurse who spent thirty years caring for our community and everyone around her. It was her example of selfless care that inspired me to become a physician.
Okay, I was listening to Ari Melber and he is saying that sources are telling him that TFG is prepping to announce his 2024 campaign for President. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that a second tRump term would be 4 years of total revenge. Against his political foes and the 81 million people that voted him out of office. I also have no doubt that if he won, it would be the last election in this country for quite some time.
So as I see it, there are only two ways (possibly three, but I'm not going there) to keep that from happening.
The first way would be if he was to die of natural causes. But I have it on reliable info. that God doesn't want him and Satan doesn't want the competition.
So, the second way is, we have to turn out in record numbers for these midterms. We have to retain the House and build our majority in the Senate. If we can do that, then for the next two years we have to demand that the filibuster be abolished, the Supreme Court either be cleansed or enlarged and voting rights secured. And most importantly of all, we have to stop pretending that it can't happen here. Because it is as I type these words.
and SC Said:
He'll run just to try to avoid all the mounting litigation against him. Much of his first term was spent trying to undo anything President Obama did, due to some perceived slight. He is a petty, vindictive man. Scary times.
and I Replied:
The Revenge Will Start in 4 Days if the Republicriminals Win the House... They will vote to Impeach Biden at Least 3 Times but they will Fail to Convict... They will stop at 3 times because they need to Impeach Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Justice Jackson, Merrick Garland and Dr. Fauci... and all those Impeachments take time... Maybe Two Years... and they'll also want to pass a "Tax Cut for the Rich" Bill... but Biden Will Veto That...
Not everyone knows that Impeachment is a ACCUSATION by the House... There is NO NEED for an ACTUAL CRIME to be Committed... Just Enough Votes... and They'll have some Lawyers Make up a BOGUS Charge...
On Wednesday, Aug. 10, President Joe Biden signed the comprehensive Honoring Our PACT Act of 2022 into law, allowing military veterans and families harmed by contaminated water at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to file lawsuits against the federal government.
The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022, which focuses on four decades of water contamination, is just one part of the much broader PACT Act, which expands access to health care and disability benefits for veterans harmed by toxic exposures around the world.
Donald Trump canceled a visit to pay respects at an American military cemetery outside Paris in 2018 because he thought the dead soldiers were “losers” and “suckers” and he did not want the rain to mess up his hair, according to an explosive new report.
Here is an Excerpt from the Book... as they look at the Peabody Open Pit Coal Mine in Utah. "Parking in the shade and concealment of a group of pinyon pines, the gang took a walk up the nearest knoll, armed with field glasses. Their view from the knoll would be difficult to describe in any known terrestrial language. Bonnie thought of something like a Martian invasion, the War of the Worlds. Captain Smith was reminded of Kennecott's open-pit mine ("world's largest") near Magma, Utah. Dr. Sarvis thought of the plain of fire and of the oligarchs and oligopoly beyond: Peabody Coal only one arm of Anaconda Copper; Anaconda only a limb of United States Steel; U.S. Steel intertwined in incestuous embrace with the Pentagon, TVA, Standard Oil, General Dynamics, Dutch Shell, I. G. Farben-industrie; the whole conglomerated cartel spread out upon half the planet Earth like a global kraken, pan-tentacled, wall eyed and parrot beaked, its brain a bank of computer data centers, its blood the flow of money, its heart a radioactive dynamo, its language the technetronic monologue of numbers printed on magnetic tape. But George Washington Hayduke, his thought was the clearest and simplest: Hayduke thought of Vietnam. Peering thru the dust, the uproar, the movement, they could make out a pit two hundred feet deep, four hundred feet wide, a mile long, walled on one side by a seam of coal, where power shovels, ten stories high, as Smith had said, gouged at the earth, ripped the fossil rock from its matrix of soil and sandstone, dumped it in ten ton bites into the beds of haulers. Beyond the first machine, in a farther pit, they saw the top of a boom, the cables and pulley wheel of another alien invader at work, digging itself in deep, almost out of view. To the south they saw a third machine, bigger yet: it did not roll on wheels like a truck, or on endless treads like a tractor, but "walked" one foot at a time, towards its goal. The feet were a pair of steel base plates resembling pontoons, each as big as a boat, lifted first one, then the other, on eccentric gears, rotated forward, placed down and the cycle repeated. Waddling forward, ducklike, the enormous structure of powerhouse, control chassis, superstructure, crane, cables and ore bucket yawed from side to side. Like a factory walking. The machine was electrically powered; as it proceeded a seperate crew of men handled its umbilicus the power line, an "extension cord" thick as a man's thigh through which throbbed the voltage driving the engines in the powerhouse - enough juice, its builders liked to boast, to light a city of 90,000 humans. The cable crew, four men with truck, kept the line clear and also towed the transformer unit, mounted on an iron sledge, keeping pace with the dragline machine. Giant Earth Mover: the GEM of Arizona. We are so small thought Bonnie. They are so huge. " http://www.abbeyweb.net/ http://www.abbeyweb.net/bookstore/index.html
The Kennecott Copper Mine Seldom Seen Smith speaks of
as viewed from space... easily twice as big as the Salt Lake City Airport. Landslides have closed the mine for tourists but you may take a virtual tour at their website: http://www.kennecott.com/visitors-center and print the ever popular coloring book... of giant earth moving machines...
None of Trump's Relatives Fought in WW2... I Guess Dodging the Draft is a Family Tradition. Did Trump have relatives fight in World War Two? Nope. Looking at the Trump family, none of Trump’s parents, uncles, or first cousin seem to have served in World War II on the American side. Trump has second cousins on his German side living in Kallstadt who likely fought for Germany in World War II. https://www.quora.com/Did-Trump-have-relatives-fight-in-World-War-Two
Dad was given a test when drafted and he proved that he could type fast on a typewriter... so he was stationed in an office in Manila. Often students would interview dad on veterans day and write newspaper articles about him. The History of the Baatan Death March is Clear... General Homma Deserved to Die for War Crimes... One Day he decided the American Prisoners should Move from One Prison to Another One... The Australian Army offered to Use Their Trucks to Move the Prisoners from one Prison to The Other. General Homma said NO... The Prisoners MUST WALK... and Hundreds of Soldiers Died Walking in the Intense Heat... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bataan_Death_March
War crimes trial
In September 1945, General Masaharu Homma was arrested by Allied troops and indicted for war crimes.[36] Homma was charged with 43 different counts of crimes against humanity.[37] Homma was found guilty of permitting members of his command to commit "brutal atrocities and other high crimes".[38] The general, who had been absorbed in his efforts to capture Corregidor after the fall of Bataan, claimed in his defense that he remained ignorant of the high death toll of the death march until two months after the event.[39] Homma's verdict was predicated on respondeat superior, but with an added liability standard, since the latter could not be rebutted.[40] On February 26, 1946, he was sentenced to death by firing squad, and was executed on April 3, 1946, outside Manila.[36]
On Facebook, my friends Posted: HWP: My dad served in the Philippines as well. MW: my dad too, he was in a pow camp. for 3 1/2 years HWP: Oh Michael, how horrible for him! God bless those men who fought for our freedom that we tend to take for granted! KD: Greg, my dad was in the Philippines too during WW2. He never did anything as interesting as your dad. He was too young. He did get to go to Japan when the war was over. CR: My Dad was a paratrooper with the 101st "Screaming Eagles" he didn't talk about it much he jumped behind the lines in the Battle of the Bulge. HWP: My dad was a civil engineer and was in the Seebees. I think that's how you spell it. He told some stories to my brother and sister and me, but it wasn't until he got Alzheimer's disease he started remembering the horrors of what he had seen. I had never seen my father cry until then. He was tormented with the memories he had stuffed way down and had bubbled to the surface. PRM: A friend of my folks was part of the Bataan Death March. He died at age 59, his health was severely compromised as result. HWP: I too knew a man who had been forced to walk on the Bataan Death March. KOK: My grandfather was shot in France, but he made a full recovery. And not by a German soldier either, but by a French fascist guerrilla, weeks after the Germans had already surrendered in France. JVD: So sorry Pam. In gratitude for his service, may he rest in peace . DSW: My dad flew a P47 fighter. He was shot down in Jan.'45. They told his parents and my mom he was presumed dead. He was actually in a German prison camp that was eventually liberated by Patton. Got home June 14, 1945. CR: I've read several books on the Bataan Death march. It's heart breaking to learn what our soldiers endured. I can never do enough to thank them. JT: My 4 year old father and his family was shipped to a relocated camp in the desert for being of Japanese heritage by the US govt. Bless our veterans for fighting for our freedom, but we civilians have to do our part to ensure we don't allow government to take away those freedoms. HWP: John, I'm sorry about your family's experience. I absolutely agree with you that we should never allow that to happen again in our country! My Dad also brought back dried Moths. 4 inch wingspan. It's incredible to imagine what they would be like fluttering around... especially in swarms of a hundred or more. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~.com I was born in San Jose Hospital in 1954. Lived on Hedding Street in the flight path for the Airport. When I was six, they started landing Jet Airplanes and all the people had to leave our neighborhood.
