How I meditate. I Lie down in a quiet room and close my eyes. I Look at what I see and pay attention to the patterns behind my closed eyelids.

I Focus on my breathing. Breathe very deeply and constantly.
This causes a great deal of oxygen in the body. Including my brain.
I feel tingling on my extremities, my nose and cheeks.
If they itch, I take a moment to scratch instead of paying attention to the itching...
If I'm breathing thru my mouth, I pay attention to the wind on my tongue and lips.
If I'm breathing thru my nose I can feel wind inside my nostrils and on my moustache.
This technique requires that I pay attention to many things at once.
My Eye-Closed Visuals, My Breathing, The Mantras and The Thoughts flowing thru My Imagination.
In "Real Life", Multitasking does not work. Here it's a technique I use to free my mind...
and visit altered states of consciousness...
Silently say these mantras... changing them at will... Make up new ones as they appear...
When I notice thoughts, I either pay attention to them if they are worthy and try to control their flow...
OR...
I ignore them, send them away and return my attention to my visuals, my mantras and my breathing.

The Russians have demonstrated that they believe that Social Media can Influence Elections in the USA. They bought advertisements against Hillary on Facebook, Google and Twitter in 2016. They also paid "Trolls" to write "News" articles and Blog Posts helping Trump win. I believe that they are correct. Social media DOES influence public opinion. Especially Republicrimes... They will believe whatever they are told to believe and it helps to shout at them and with them. They really loved shouting "LOCK HER UP!" at the Republicrime Convention. Democrats and Independents and Libertarians have a tendency to think for themselves and so what works with them is facts. Truth. Not so with Republicrimes... Remember, It takes two to make a lie effective, the Teller of the Lie AND the Believer of the Lie.

History has shown that Trump has caused much damage to the people who voted for him but they believe his lies anyway. For Example: Trump has gutted the EPA so that it no longer protects the Environment... and where does it fail most often? In locations that have Trump Voters... Trump was very popular with uneducated people. Trump's "BASE" is himself, other Billionaires and people that are Easily Fooled... Another example is the Dept of Education. The DeVos Family heads that agency
and they support vouchers for Private School instead of funding Public Schools... That way rich people do not have to pay for public schools. Their own children do not go to Public Schools so they ask "Why should we pay?" ... This is the strategy of the Koch Family as well. The rich want to pay less taxes and provide less services because they personally don't use them. Another Example is the Dept of the Interior. They plan to let corporations drill for oil in public parks. They also want to do more mining on public land. This benefits owners of corporations but harms regular people. You and I will be restricted in our ability to go visit parks because the corporations will build fences protecting their oil wells. With Coal mines, the product itself causes Global Warming when used to create electricity by burning it. What is currently being mined in West Virginia is sold to foreign countries but the air pollution is blown arount by the wind and causes climate change here in the USA as well as in foreign countries.

What IF we had a Tax Reform Bill that CUT taxes for the Poor and Middle Class and DID NOT increase the deficit by 1.5 Trillion Dollars?

If we had MAJORITY RULE in the USA we could have a Congress that passed Laws that made life better for the Poor and the Middle Class. There are more of us than the 1%.

If we had a real Tax Cut then the majority of Americans would have more money to spend in our paychecks. That would increase sales and profits in American Corporations. The New Profits would be used to pay increased corporate taxes and that would make the effect on the deficit ZERO.

This is called Bubble Up Economics a proven winner. Remember when Obama gave everyone a discount on New Cars? MANY new cars were sold.

The Republicrime Plan is to cut taxes for the wealthy and increase taxes for the rest of us AND increase the Federal Deficit by 1.5 Trillion Dollars. President Bush the Elder called this VooDoo Economics and it Failed when it was tried by President Reagan.

It's difficult for me to grasp that such a career exists... Yet, he did that and it paid him enough to buy Rent and food, a car etc etc etc...

Amazing... His main concern was how to get Black people jobs in a rust belt city. A generation before, they worked in factories and steel mills but by the time Obama got there all those jobs had gone to China. He did not succeed.

Actually, Congress HAS passed Two laws during the Trump Era. One makes it easier for Mentally Ill people to buy guns and the other imposes Sanctions on Russia for hacking the 2016 election.
