For Example: I Often Have Dreams about a Landlord Evicting Me for Not Paying the Rent... SO... I Switch to Memories of Swimming Nude With My Future Wife in Butte Creek... I wanted to Impress Her So I Swam The Butterfly and Splashed a Lot... She is a Surfer and I'm a Swimmer... SO... I Can Substitute This Idea for the Bad Dream... Every Time... 

I Often Remember Mistakes I Made in the Past... I Worked as a Mechanical Draftsman/Designer and I Have Often Created Products That FAILED... Many Succeeded But I Seem to Remember the Errors... SO... I Have Realized that I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PAST... and Most of those Products are No Longer Even Being Used! SO... I Replace Those Bad Thoughts with POSITIVE THOUGHTS... 

Like the Time I Was Designing a Printed Circuit Board and the Sun was Streaming Into My Office and Illuminating my Drafting Board... I Experienced Bliss Realizing that I Was Getting Paid to Draw Pictures! I Love to Draw Pictures and... WOW... I Was Getting PAID a Lot of Money... AND... Making a Product That Made the World Better... I was Working at The US Postal Service Designing a Machine that Improved the Quality of the Letter Sorting Machines... a 25 Billion Dollar Savings over the life of that product... 

SO... Whenever I Sinking Into The Whirlpool of Negative Thoughts... I REFUSE to Drown in REGRET!

John Fremont and Kit Carson fought and won at the battle of Los Angeles in 1848... but the war was still not over... until The US Marines invaded Mexico City... Just like the Marine Corps Song...

In 1848 the Mexican American war ended, California became part of the USA and then, like magic, GOLD was discovered near Sacramento...

Remember, Impeach Trump Now. It's June 2017 and today and tomorrow we will hear testimony from the Director of the National Intelligence and the fired Head of the FBI on Capital Hill. It should be interesting as they may address the possibility of Trump's Obstruction of Justice. That could lead to impeachment and Mike Pence as president. He's a really quiet man in comparison to The Donald.

Well, in today's testimony they won't say anything... Both the DNI and the head of the NSA avoided answering questions about what President Trump told them. Sort of like the investigations of the Mafia of years ago... difficult to find a witness willing to testify. We shall see what tomorrow brings as Fired FBI director Comey is likely to speak...
