Fox News agreed Tuesday to pay Dominion Voting Systems nearly $800 million to avert a trial in the voting machine company’s lawsuit that would have exposed how the network promoted lies about the 2020 presidential election.

Denial of women's reproductive healthcare came to Humboldt County this week and it made national news. It's another horror story from St. Joseph's Catholic hospital not willing to save a woman's life. Worse, Mad River Hospital, where my daughter was born, is closing its birthing facilities. That means if you are having a miscarriage or worse, you've got to travel 140 miles to Willits or more to Redding. I don't understand why they didn't at least put her in an ambulance or is that against their religion, too?
