I am angry and I think it's very possible that there are a number of people in Washington DC that I do Indeed Hate. Other than that the following below all applies. Even in admitting that I do feel Hate, I have thought it over, truly sat with it, and it does Not, in any capacity, Cloud any decisions I make, made or will be making. I cannot speak of what IS Clouding the decisions of the Majority (and even some Minority) in Washington DC because it's become increasingly clear that judgement is Clouded when referring to the people that we're supposed to look up to and count on in The House, Congress, On The Hill.
That's quite literally the ONLY Explanation possible that would continue to allow the Maniac, Pathological, Lying Narcissist to have remained Squatting in our White House making incompetent, irrational decisions while Americans are dropping dead. While our honored Veterans are doing without their Benefits and Life Saving Medications. While our Active Military is being deprived of their Constitutional rights even as they lie their lives on the line for our Country. Then receive nothing in return. They do have to worry that the So called Commander in Chief is covering for a Russian someone who has bounties on their heads. While they attempt to uphold the Freedoms America was founded on, the Cheater in our White House does nothing to secure their well-being - quite the opposite actually. This should be a Horror Story we read about and close the book saying Thank goodness that couldn't happen in real life, to look around at the Horror that the United States has now become. "I did some thinking over the last 24 hours. Someone told me that my hate for the traitor clouded all my decisions. I have thought about that.
I never liked him. I never trusted him. Perhaps it has become hate but I don’t think so. I think it’s fear. Fear of losing everything. The country that I love. The people that I love, and the future.
Try as I might, I cannot see a future in which the United States still exists after November if the Republicans retain power. It breaks me to see how much hate they have for the forward thinking portion of our country. A simple thing like the decision to survive the pandemic by following the same recommendations as every other modern country has become instead a war of wills and a cry of “my constitutional rights” versus the responsibility of citizenship.
To hear grown people crying about wearing a mask or staying home for the duration of the shutdown was actually hard on the adults in the room. Watching those same adults flock to the first open bar they found and then complain about the sudden rise in cases of COVID-19 is stupefying. How can you not see the connection?
Hearing the Televangelists assure their “flock” that they would be spared if they defied the quarantine and came to services to pass the plate, is just mind blowing for me. Common sense out the window.
I don’t hate anyone. I’m close, but right now I fear for the elderly, the children and the people who won’t live through this pandemic, because of the ignorance of others.
