I see on TV that the Republicrimes have no clue about writing a healthcare bill. They have had seven years to plan a replacement for Obamacare and they have not come up with a valid plan. All they can agree upon is that they should give a huge tax reduction for the super rich. No surprise there, the bill was written by lobbyists for the wealthy... In Secret.

Thankfully we have No funds to build a wall between the USA and Mexico, No Cyber-defense Unit with the Russians, No Budget for the USA and No Creepy Voter Information Database.

I believe that Putin played Trump. I'm glad that they had a good meeting, but in general, the fact that the Russians had press conferences after words means that the world only heard their side of the story. Putin said that he didn't hack the USA elections and Trump... we will never know what Trump said. What we do know is that Putin appeared to be a strong leader. German police impressed me with the fact that no one was killed. They managed to keep the riot under control and let both the Summit and the protest happen safely.

The protesters do need to be more clear about their message. What IS anti-capitalism? IS that their message? They ought to make a website explaining their goals with a simple address that they can put on signs... so TV viewers can read what they are protesting about...  the only one I found was diem25...

Hacker's Are Targeting Nuclear Facilities, Homeland Security Dept. and F.B.I. Say. Potentially interrupting power delivery to people.

The cyberattacks on Nuclear Power Plants appear to be in the computer systems that handle the business side of the power plants not the control units that keep the reactors running safe. So far there is no danger of a hacker induced meltdown or radioactive pollution leak. However, an interruption of power delivery, if widespread enough, could be the end of Western Civilization with millions of deaths. Compared to the hacking of our elections this could be a very big threat to our way of life. For example: no power for refrigerators at the grocery store... failure of computer systems at banks... no money? no food? Yikes!

Since May, hackers have been penetrating the computer networks of companies that operate nuclear power stations and other energy facilities, as well as manufacturing plants in the United States and other countries.

Among the companies targeted was the Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation, which runs a nuclear power plant near Burlington, Kan., according to security consultants and an urgent joint report issued by the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation last week.

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt seems to think businesses have guaranteed rights to pollute our air and water.

As Oklahoma's attorney General, Pruitt let chicken processors dump 300,000 tons of waste into an estuary of the Illinois River. Now, President Trump's choice to head the EPA is attacking rules that would reduce carbon and methane, two greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming. He's set his sights on a clean water rule imposed in 2015 to clarify which waterways are federally protected to safeguard people from toxic water.

Hacking of a dozen US Nuclear Power Plants - Business computers only NOT reactor control units. - Could affect delivery of power but not a meltdown to China.

US officials have concluded that hackers working on behalf of a foreign power recently breached at least a dozen US nuclear power sites, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.  They suspect the Russians are doing the hacking... just like they have been doing in Ukraine.
