The Best Part of the song "Iko Iko" is that it's Possible to Play it using TWO Chords! For Example "A" and "E" and You Can Make Up Lyrics If You forget Where You Are and What You Are Doing! I remember Playing this at Main Circle, Rainbow Gathering in Idaho.

and then Later, a young man and I Played Uncle John's Band at the Relaxation Station... That's The Very First Place a Camper would encounter on the way into the Rainbow Gathering... "Welcome Home!" We Played it about 6 times... because the Young Man said "I Don't Want to Learn anymore new songs" and since there was a Constant flow of People walking by... No One Knew That we were Playing the same song... except for the Tarot Card Reading Lady and other Pranksters That were Hanging OUT... One Guy had a Piece of FOAM that Looked Like a Concrete Block... He would ask a person to help him Carry the Block Because it was very heavy... and then ACCIDENTALLY DROP THE PIECE OF FOAM on the Visitor's FOOT... and then everyone would laugh because it was NOT Dangerous... It Was a Prank! The Realization That They Were Not Going To Be Hurt... and The relief... Caused Laughter...

The High Point in My ART Career was: I Painted a Bedsheet with the LOGO of a Rock Band and they Hung it on the Back of the Stage During Concerts.

It Was a Simple, Bold LOGO. Three Interlocking Hearts. Two pointing Down and One in the Middle Pointing Up. The Lead Singer Designed the Idea for the Logo and I Simply made a Heart Shaped Stencil out of a Piece of Paper and Outlined that with Fluorescent Pink Paint. Then Painted Squiggly Lines Radiating Outward using all the other colors in the paint set... They Played a Concert at a Farmhouse in Rural Maryland and a Guy Filmed it. When the Fireworks Blew Up, the Painting Changed Colors... At Least that's what the Singer Said... I Never saw the film. BUT He was Happy and He Kept the Painting. At the same time, I Tie-Dyed some Unbleached Muslin Fabric and one of the Backup Singers Made Two Dresses for the Performance.

In 2005 I Made an Online Webstore at Zazzle where My Digital Art is For Sale printed on Coffee Cups, Buttons, Stickers and T-Shirts. Earned about a Thousand Dollars in Royalties. And... It will continue to sell art after I'm Dead. I arranged for Royalty Checks to Be Sent to my Heirs.

I see that Johns Hopkins is Going to Study the Medicinal Properties of Magic Mushrooms. I briefly thought about volunteering as a test subject for this Scientific Research but... realized that I Have Already Learned Everything that is Possible to be Learned using Psychedelic Drugs. and So, I would be a poor subject for any tests... there would be no BEFORE AND AFTER in my case... anyway... I Don't LIKE large doses of magic mushrooms... small doses, yes that's fun but large doses are scary... that's the exact opposite of LSD... Small Doses often cause me to be anxious but giant doses are wild and out of control... and therefore NOT anxious...

Often, there is a divide between performer and audience...

It's better when the audience is the performer.

Last Summer at the Rainbow Gathering I lead "The Band" in a Group Sing-Along Song... "You Are My Sunshine". I was playing the harmonica randomly and as so often happens... all of a sudden I was playing that song... There was a child that was attracting attention to herself by giving away flowers to the group and I guess that was the inspiration... about 20 people were sitting in the big shady spot in the main meadow and there were many guitars, drums, violin and a saxophone... we sang many songs... and now THAT song is mine... with a pleasant memory. What is funny is that I was unable to get "The Band" to play "This Land is Your Land" by Woody Guthrie even though I tried to get them to play along three times... on three different days...

There was a momentary quiet at the Main Circle and I was playing a Big Bass Drum... Boom, Boom, Chick... Boom, Boom, Chick... and everyone ignored me... They could have played "We Will Rock You" byQueen but... Nothing... Go Figure...
