Mary Pinchot Meyer gave LSD to JFK and then he decided to end the Vietnam War in 1963. Defense Contractors had him assassinated to protect their profits. Mary was a girlfriend of JFK and she was part of a movement to give LSD to the Leaders of the World.

The top scientists, business leaders, artists, poets, actors, politicians, writers, musicians and athletes were to be given LSD and then they would use what they learned to rebuild society. The cosmic knowledge was to be distributed from the top down in order to create a better world.

We will never know if this is true or Just a Conspiracy Theory... Mary did keep a diary and right after she was assassinated, her friend Washington Post Editor Ben Bradlee took the diary to The CIA and they BURNED IT!

As Phil Lesh noted in his 2005 memoirs, Searching For The Sound: My Life With The Grateful Dead, “We were at the first Acid Test not to play, but just to feel it out, and we hadn’t brought any instruments or gear.”

As Ken Babbs, Kesey’s Prankster lieutenant and host of the fateful party, recalled to Rolling Stone in 2015, “I remember the band, the guys who later became the Grateful Dead, showing up and playing on our instruments … and us playing on our instruments, and [Neal] Cassady being there and [Allen] Ginsberg and [novelist] Bob Stone and being up all night lying on the floor with microphones rapping stuff into tape machines until dawn.”

Today marks the 53rd anniversary of the first time the Grateful Dead, still known as The Warlocks, attended one of Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters‘ Acid Tests, where like-minded individuals would take LSD and enjoy “permissive bedlam” and untethered visual and, eventually, musical displays. This was the first Acid Test opened to the public, and the members of the Warlocks attended not necessarily to perform, but rather to check out the scene. However, the Warlocks would soon become the Grateful Dead, the Grateful Dead would soon become the Tests’ house band, and the weekly gatherings would become the training ground that allowed them to evolve into an improvisational force the likes of which had not been seen before.

When the captain found out that his boat was infested with Ummagumma he stopped in the first port and dumped them. He threw them right overboard and into the San Francisco bay. They swam to shore and quickly blended into the population. Mount UMUNHUM... The giant box on the mountain overlooking the city of Saint Joe. ...................................................The Ummagumma always stowaway and they just had to get off the planet eARTh. After his reelection in 1972, President Richard Nixon fired Richard Helms, who had led the CIA throughout his first term. Intent on reforming the Agency, he appointed James Schlesinger, 43, as DCI on 21 December 1972.

The Office of the Inspector General gave Schlesinger a 693-page list of "potential flap activities," which detailed Agency involvement in MHCHAOS, mail-opening programs, the Huston Plan, MKULTRA and drug testing, and the training of local police. Other revelations included details of CIA's attempts to assassinate foreign leaders. This is the list that became known as the "family jewels."
