History shows us that when there are active protests and Resistance and non compliance with the ruling authorities, it takes about 5% of the total population, for illegitimacy to set in..
That's about 17 Million people in the US..
You and I know that nowhere near 5% protested the Vietnam War, but the vast majority was against it, and millions were in the streets.I was one of them at the end, and I was in DC with many others, not protesting but celebrating, the day Nixon's Criminal ass left the White House grounds in August of 1974.
That Regime was light years more treacherous than these current idiots.
Same with the Civil Rights movement, although Direct Resistance at places like the Edmund Pettis Bridge and the Montgomery Boycotts, were the most effective, and some people sacrificed everything..
Even in Hungary, most people went to work, although a large percentage of the population was either in the streets or actively resisting.
Viktor Orban was WAY more entrenched than Cadet Bone Spurs, and yet he lost in a freaking LANDSLIDE, and he had to run like a little chickenhawk to Belarus
I think that he's much smarter and more treacherous than the buffoon Infesting the White House...
But first things first: WIN the Elections CLEARLY...Leave No Doubt!
Organize, Canvass, Phone Bank, Drive People to the Polls. Inform people of obstacles to voting! (I think that this Regime will try to suppress voting, rather than just deny the clear will of the people).
People aren't gonna just passively comply with the blatant stealing of the midterms, my friend
No matter what happens, THAT ain't happening!
Look at Minneapolis. Did they just roll over?
What about Chicago? Even LA..
Regular people have stood up to these Fascists time and again, and many will do it again...if necessary.
The thing is, there's still a chance to do it with our Constitutional Republic somewhat in tact, by Democratic means, but that door is closing.
Strangely, I am encouraged by Republicans' reactions to the midterms: They clearly believe that they'll probably lose, or at least they might lose..
While that gives them a reason to steal it, it also makes me think that THEY believe that they can't stop what's coming...If the fix was in, why worry?
