Let's NOT rebuild Los Angeles. Those locations are likely to reburn again and again and again. Let it come back naturally as Cactus and Desert... all the people that used to live there have already found new places to live...

The difficult question is what are they going to do with all that toxic waste? A burnt house has a lot of really nasty debris left over... Burnt plastic... Computers, couches, televisions, carpet... All of that stuff is really nasty when it burned... I guess they'll just take it to the garbage dump way out in the desert... I certainly hope they don't dump it in the ocean... All those forever chemicals will float and pollute the Pacific...

Rebuilding houses in the old neighborhoods would just be proving that we are SLOW LEARNERS! The Santa Ana winds come back every year... And now that climate change has done what it's going to do... Those winds will cause massive wildfires...
