DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF A DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH? Often, I see on the "Bones" TV Show, Angela does magic with her computer and makes the photos dramatically clearer...

 Sure, that's FICTION but I find it Inspirational... What IF I re-sampled the image twice the size and used math averaging to create new colors between pixels? Somehow, that doesn't work... I also tried Re-sampling 2X, making two layers, averaging one, sharpening the other and blending the two 50-50... Nope, that doesn't work...

Maybe if I re-sampled TEN TIMES the size... If i could just learn this technique I could store it as an automatic series of actions... and then, Just like Angela, I could click a button and reveal the clue!

Paint Dot Net Tutorial: Put Letters in an Image That Are Difficult for A Computer to Read But Easy for a Human. Kinda Like Crypto But Not Really That Secure.

Start with a Complex Image with many Edges Between Colors.
You May Use This One...
Select Large Bold Letters

OR... IF YOU WANT TO BE REALLY CRYPTO
USE SMALL NOT-BOLD LETTERS
THEY MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR
A COMPUTER TO READ...

In a New Layer Say what You Have to Say...

Use the Magic Wand Tool to Select the Letters
(in Global Flood Mode)

Switch to Background Layer
Copy [Ctrl + C]

Paste into a New Layer [Ctrl + Shift + V]

Invert Colors [Ctrl + Shift + I]
Flatten Image
[Ctrl + Shift + F]
and Save as JPG
[Ctrl + Shift + S]
Use a NON Descriptive file name such as:
Untitled.jpg or Kids at the Beach.jpg

This Image Is Almost Impossible for
a Computer to Read...
but a Human CAN...

It Says:
"Shut Down the Hambach Forest Coal Mine in Germany"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
and then we come to Wingdings...
They allow anyone to encipher
letters and put them in an image.
Need a Complex image?
Here are some...
