DID YOU KNOW? The Sun appears to be about the same size as a quarter held at arm's length... and... The Moon appears to be about the same size as a quarter held at arm's length... and The Shadow of the Earth on the Moon is the Same Exact Size.
This is NOT TRUE for any of the Other Planets in Our Solar System...
Only on Earth do the Three Most Important Objects appear to be the same size...
Maybe that's How we Selected the Size of a Quarter!
another Cosmic thing I noticed... In the Movie "TRON Legacy" the Lady who had lived her entire life in the Artificial World inside the Computer asked the Hero:
WHAT DOES THE SUN LOOK LIKE?
Made me think... I certainly can't LOOK at the Sun with my Eyes because that Causes Blindness...
So... What DOES it Look Like?
I Believe it's a Yellowish White and is about the Same Size as a Quarter Held at Arm's Length!
