On August 8, 2022, the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago home and found classified material.^[130]^[131] That classified material allegedly included materials related to nuclear weapons.^[132] The Justice Department also became concerned that Trump was storing official presidential records at his home in violation of the Presidential Records Act which mandates that all presidential documents be preserved and submitted to the National Archives.^[133]
