I spent a day relaxing and chatting with the campers
in order to become acclimated to the 9,000 foot elevation

And then we spent Seven Days at The Rainbow Gathering

I took No Photographs. Accidentally, Mike took my Batteries

and my Camera was Dead... So I left it in the Van...

at the Rainbow Gathering I lead "The Band" in a Group Sing-Along Song... "You Are My Sunshine". I was playing the harmonica randomly and as so often happens... all of a sudden I was playing a song... There was a child that was attracting attention to herself by giving away flowers to the group and I guess that was the inspiration... about 20 people were sitting in the big shady spot in the main meadow and there were many guitars, drums, violin and a saxophone... we sang many songs... and now THAT song is mine... with a pleasant memory. What is funny is that I was unable to get "The Band" to play "This Land is Your Land" by Woody Guthrie even though I tried to get them to play along three times... on three different days...  

There was a momentary quiet at the Main Circle and I was playing a Big Bass Drum... Boom, Boom, Chick... Boom, Boom, Chick... and everyone ignored me... They could have played "We Will Rock You" by Queen but... Nothing... Go Figure...

Trump's Muslim Ban has started. Preventing Terrorists from entering the USA... or something like that. Maybe... Maybe not...

It seems unlikely that Trump's Muslim Ban will accomplish anything... Because...

Trump's Muslim ban does not go far enough. He still will allow people from Saudi Arabia to travel here freely. Remember that 14 out of 19 hijackers on 9/11/2001 were from Saudi Arabia. Osama bin Laden was a Saudi. If he is going to have an effective Muslim Ban he should remember to ban the main home of the terrorists. DUH. He should also ban people from Iraq. Since we blew up their country and committed mass murder they should have a desire for "Payback"... Or... Maybe... we should simply stop hating foreigners... Almost all people in the USA were foreigners when they came here. Fear is not the answer.
