During TV Commercials, I turn OFF the sound, Close My Eyes and Say the Serenity Prayer while breathing Deeply. .

God, [inhale/exhale] Grant Me the Serenity [inhale/exhale] To Accept the things I Cannot Change. [inhale/exhale] The Courage [inhale/exhale] To Change The Things I Can, [inhale/exhale] and the Wisdom [inhale/exhale] to know the difference [inhale/exhale]

after saying it twice, I peek to see if the Commercial is over... If it's still playing I repeat The Serenity Prayer... Or if the Show is Bad, I leave the sound off for hours... I say the Serenity Prayer again and again... or until I fall Asleep which usually happens quite quickly.

Another Mantra I Say Often is Inhale "WHO" Exhale... Inhale "WHAT" Exhale... Inhale "WHERE" Exhale... Inhale "WHEN" Exhale... Inhale "WHY" Exhale... Inhale "HOW" Exhale... [Repeat... Repeat... Repeat]

I know I've posted a lot about the Newsom recall election lately, but I'm just trying to encourage everyone to VOTE. A lot of people assume there's nothing to worry about because CA is a blue state, so people assume that there's no way he'll be recalled. But if we don't bother to vote, we will lose this recall. The right-wingers who are orchestrating this thing WILL vote, and they WILL get other right-wingers to vote. The rest of us NEED our votes to outnumber theirs, so that's why it's so important that we all vote NO on the recall. 

The other thing to keep in mind is this: if Newsom is recalled, we WILL end up with a Republican governor - and that governor takes over IMMEDIATELY. So as of September 14th, we will suddenly have a Republican governor UNLESS we all vote NO. There are no other Democrats running to replace Newsom. If he is recalled, it WILL be a Republican. But if we all vote NO, our votes will outnumber theirs, and we won't suddenly have a Republican governor. If you have a problem with Newsom, vote him out in the 2022 election. It's only a little over a year away. Vote him out then, but don't allow the Republicans to seize control by sitting out this recall election. 

The ballot will arrive in the mail any day now. It will include a return envelope with pre-paid postage. There will be two questions. The first question will ask if you want Newsom to be recalled, yes or no. The second question asks who you want as his replacement if you answered yes to the first question. Please vote NO on the first question. We do NOT want the Republicans to seize control of our state this way, so the answer is NO, we do NOT want Newsom to be recalled. Then, put the ballot in the envelope, seal it up, and put it with your outgoing mail. That's all you need to do. Easy peasy. 

Please do NOT sit this out. When you receive your ballot, VOTE NO, and put your ballot in the mail ASAP. This is important.

Maxine Waters wants to Investigate Deutsche Bank... they are the only bank that would lend tRUMP Money after FOUR bankruptcies... NO US Bank would touch him.

The Washington Post Had an article: How to Beat Trump in 2020... I immediately thought "Get a Baseball Bat and Swing Away!" but That would get me on an Enemies List... Unless I was absolutely clear that Beating Trump with a Baseball Bat was Totally WRONG... Use a POOL CUE and Totally Go "Hells Angels at Altamont" on his sorry Ass... So we went downstairs and I went searching for a Book that I Has Started reading before (about Philosophy) - and on the same shelf was a large picture book of the Grateful Dead's Fare Ye Well Tour with four CDs (that were missing) and My friend asked me why I would want to check out that book and I said: "Too Look for Pictures of Myself." and then I woke up and Typed this Document... It's Best to Type it Up before I forget it... For Certain, I would have tried to help any Lost Old Man but It seems Important that I Offered Ram Dass Help in my dream. That's One Of His Main Teachings...
