We were close to Chico/Paradise area today. There was a constant stream of dump trucks traveling North & South. We wondered where they Paradise debris was being dumped. WELL, they all turned at the Beale Air Force Base road. Empty (uncovered) were headed back North towards Paradise. A strong suspicion, it's being loaded on huge cargo planes - to what country? An expose' we saw a few years ago, outdated computer monitors, etc., including heavy metals, were dumped in 3rd world countries to be disassembled in open junk yards. More "stuff" no one talks about because it's deplorable.
