It will be paid for by Repealing Trump's Tax Cut For The Rich Law. All those new Employees Building the Solar, Wind, Geothermal and Hydro Systems will have Good Union Jobs AND PAY INCOME TAXES. If we simply CUT Defense Spending We Can Do Something USEFUL with That Money.
Obviously, This will need to be a Global Effort with Russia, China, India, Africa, Australia, Europe and Brazil all working Together to Build a Better World.

Why are they spending Millions of Dollars? Is it to Protect their Government Subsidies? Why do Oil and Gas companies get Taxpayer Dollars to help them make bigger profits? Is this and Obvious Example of Corruption and Bribery?
