Worldwide, Google and Amazon are selling machines that listen to speech in your home. It is Marketed as a Way to Search the Web or Buy Stuff using your Voice... It listens 24 hours a day... at least it listens for the word "Alexa?" 

Could these machines be re-purposed as AGGRESSION DETECTORS so they call the Brain Police?

I WONDER if actually outlawing guns would be more effective than listening for gunshots? Isn't it too late then?
