I do not believe building a WALL would actually stop Central Americans from coming in to the USA. They can use BOATS and Airplanes and Fake ID at Crossing Points to get in anyway... BUT...

Why not Just Accept the Fact that They are Moving Here and Make the Best of It? Most will end up living in East LA, San Jose or other already Latino Cities. It is becoming more and more obvious that the rest of us are going to have to move to Canada... Global Warming is Already Here and It Will Only Get Worse. America from Texas to Florida to Boston will become uninhabitable due to Hurricanes. The Midwest will be unlivable due to Tornadoes. The South West is too Hot. Wildfires from Colorado to California.... That only Leaves the West Coast from San Francisco to Alaska...  We have to move and the Central Americans can Just HAVE Texas, Arizona and SoCal...
