this is a bumper sticker that you can stick on the bumper of your gas powered death machine... I realize that in order to survive in America you got to have a car to drive to and from work... Unless you ride the bus... Or work from home on your own computer... But the vast majority of people are forced to commute... A pal sent me a video about the Colossus supercomputer being built by Elon Musk to power his artificial intelligence chatbot called GROK XAI...

I did some research and found out that in fact it is powered by 35 large natural gas turbines... That pollute the air... And I question if there's any value at all to artificial intelligence... We've already got a Google AI, and a Microsoft AI... And something called Chat BLT... Does the world really need another AI machine? Burning vast quantities of natural gas...


I checked it out and GROK XAI about the same as all the others... So the total effect is burning natural gas for nothing... At least the Google and Microsoft server Farms are in a town called The Dalles, Oregon which is right next to the Bonneville Dam... So it rains in Oregon and the water flows down the Columbia River through the Bonneville Dam and it makes electricity... That's why they chose The Dalles to be the location of the server Farms... Because there was cheap reliable electricity... And geographically speaking, Oregon is very near to the Orient... The big fiber optic cables that connect the Far East to America come into Oregon...


Anyway... I refuse to use Grok XAI ever again... The only thing I really use AI for is to do cartoons mocking Trump... And I did a fair test today comparing the Microsoft AI cartoon maker with the Grok AI and the Microsoft was just better...


The other weird thing about Elon Musk is it he uses names for his businesses that have got to be copyrighted... Nicola Tesla, the man, was an inventor who invented alternating current that everyone uses everywhere... Grok is a word from the Robert Heinlein book Stranger in a Strange Land... And it means to understand thoroughly... And this Server Farm in Memphis Tennessee is called Colossus... And that was a 1960s movie about a supercomputer that took over the world... A retelling of the story Frankenstein...

And, in general, for my blog... I write all the words myself... I understand that it's possible to copy and paste vast quantities of text that is generated by artificial intelligence chatbots... But I feel that that is disrespecting my readers... If they wanted to go find out what Google thought, they should go ask Google a question... Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden said Saturday morning that President Trump is trying to create conflict in Portland.

My own personal experience with Portland is it's Pretty Mellow... It's probably the last place in the United States that needs an invasion by the National Guard... In fact, it's not "War Ravaged" at all! Trump's just fighting imaginary enemies... In his disease brain, Portland is in some kind of crisis... Well that's just not true... He's reacting to a psychotic fantasy world... I've heard that it's difficult to make wise decisions when you've totally lost contact with reality... Prove me wrong... 

What can one person do to help get Trump's National Guard out of Portland?
