Trump was furious that the oil executives in the United States and Europe did not pony up to take over Venezuela's crumbling oil industry because the price of a barrel of oil is too low to make it profitable.
What do you suppose trump thinks he could do to force the price of oil up to fix this problem he has in Venezuela? How about shutting down the Straits of Hormuz? Also helps out Putin whose entire economy is based on the price of oil
