Megabreathing - While Lying Down listening to Forest Birdsong Recordings... I've been experimenting with hyperventilation as a Technique to Dig for Gold in My Idea Mine...

Basically, using Guided Meditation where I pretend to be Swimming Down a River... Relaxing and Enjoying the Waves, Eddies, Swirls and Surf... While Taking Maximum Breaths... deep diaphragm inflation... and then while exhaling, I imagine the sound of my breath to be the sound of the water... a "white noise - pink noise" sound like surf or wind whistling thru the trees... keep on doing this breathing... Immediately Inhale after Exhaling... and count... with every breath add one... I Feel Tingling in my nose showing that i'm getting a lot of OXYGEN... rarely do I successfully count past 18 before I get lost in thought... and then I stop breathing and... when I realize THAT... I start counting again at 1... Or Do Not Count... Say the Word "God" every time... or say "What Should I Write?" - Handy if You are Writing The Great American Novel... 

I'm looking for ideas... 

and I Have a Specific Creek in Mind... Butte Creek near Chico from Covered Bridge to Oki Dam... A Great Place for an Inner Tube Ride During Springtime... and I Remember Swimming Nude With My Soon to be Wife... a Real "Adam and Eve" Afternoon... 

Make Sure you lie down because you will feel dizzy and might FALL DOWN and Bonk Your Head... 

Each Breath is the MAXIMUM Size... Stick Your Belly Out to increase Lung Capacity. Do It Immediately... MAXIMUM OXYGEN TO THE BRAIN...
