I Moved into a Black Neighborhood because the PRICE of a Condo was 25% Less Than the Exact Same Condo in a White Neighborhood. I TOOK THE DEEP DISCOUNT! That worked out Great for 12 Years Until I Wanted to SELL That Condo and... SURPRISE! No One Wanted to Buy It... After All, It was in a Black Neighborhood! DUH! SO, I Simply Refused to Pay the Mortgage for Three Months and The Bank HAD TO TAKE IT!
ABSURD! Marchers in Arcata, California Protest Racism at Humboldt State University. I went there and I Don't Remember ANY Black Students. HOW CAN THERE BE RACISM WITH ZERO BLACK STUDENTS?
But I DO Understand That It's FUN To Have a Protest March and Shout Slogans... EVEN IF There is NO ACTUAL CAUSE...
