I liked to test myself to see how far I could swim underwater... I could easily do 150 ft... But the real trick was to hyperventilate before I started... By breathing really hard I was able to fill my body with oxygen and then gradually release the carbon dioxide as I was swimming along...
So here I am decades later... And I find that doing deep breathing and filling my body with oxygen is a great way to clarify my thinking... I believe that a brain that's got a lot of oxygen is smarter... I have no scientific proof of that but so what??? Like I said before... I'm not a doctor... And if I give out free advice that's no damn good... well... You certainly ought to check with an actual professional before you believe any kind of crap that you see on the internet! Doctors go to college for like years and years and years and they study medicine... Go ask them! And remember to always Think for Yourself and Question Authority...
