Legal experts are saying that the Republicans’ efforts to keep Kamala Harris off the ballot and force Biden to run will never hold up in federal courts. But what about appeals? After the abysmal immunity decision where the Supreme Court abandoned interpretation of law and just made stuff up, what’s to keep them from issuing some convoluted decision that ushers their lord and savior into the White House? Don’t you know that 2/3 of them are rubbing their hands together just salivating to get that case before them?
