AND... a handful of mega corporations have stayed in the accord. So, is the participation of a country really that significant any longer? Especially when power companies are purchasing solar and wind generators because they cost less per watt than coal...
What confuses me these days is that the USA has imposed financial sanctions on Russia that prevents ExxonMobil from drilling in Siberia... There is supposedly more oil in Siberia than Saudi Arabia.
