Dear Sir,
. We don't understand the delay in indictment of the former president, but trust you are aware that there has been a complete failure to satisfy the public demand for justice. It is a breach of policy, and is unacceptable.
Your defenders consider you are being thorough. Likely so.
But please note that in the same way there is no "perfect" crime, there is no "perfect" case available to you. Excellence is needed, but "perfection" is not needed--action is needed. Yes, you may run into some tricky issues, some surprises, some disappointments. But handling that DURING a trial is part of the job, and you do have staff that can handle whatever comes up, so there is little to fear from defense teams, especially if you do not attack!
Biden is forced to remain neutral on the subject, and can't give you orders about it, but we are not. So, here is your order.
START THE INDICTMENT, AND ANNOUNCE IT TO THE PUBLIC.
