I support the Environmental Protection Agency. Trump has appointed an anti environment person to lead the agency. The goal is to reduce anti pollution regulations to save corporations money at the expense of the people of the USA.
I've been practicing walking while focusing my attention on my breath. At the same time look and observe the trees and the wind in the leaves. It's a cool day here in Sacramento and the roses are in full bloom. I saw a red and gold colored bush. Those roses are called 49ers after the red blood of the miners and the gold in them thar hills. Then three airplanes flew over in formation. Makes me wonder why they would do such a thing. There is an air force base near here but what would be the motive for such an exercise... After our walk I spent some time sitting on the back porch meditating. The videos that Ram Dass has published have been useful in learning how to do it..
