Trump Supporters Can TRY To Live In A Fantasy World BUT IT WON'T WORK! Pretending Reality Does Not Exist is DOOMED TO FAIL... Truth and Facts are Difficult to Ignore... Especially Trump's DISASTER ECONOMY... Suicides Have Increased, Opioid Overdoses Have Increased, Alcoholism Has Increased... Prices are Higher, Wages are Lower... OPEN YOUR EYES AND NOTICE REALITY!

While the Super Rich are Winning Vast Amounts of Money on the Stock Market, 99% of Americans are Worse Off than We Were When Obama Was President...

Why are SUICIDES at an All Time High? If Trump's Economy is So Wonderful, Why are Trump's Supporters Killing Themselves? Well, in the Group of People That are Uneducated Middle Aged White Men... Times are Terrible... That's Why SUICIDE, OPIOID OVERDOSES and ALCOHOLISM are UP.

The Total Number of Terrible Low Paying Jobs is at an All Time High! Whee! Look at the Numbers! Full Employment! Yippie!

However... with HIGHER PRICES and LOWER WAGES the Quality of Life is WORSE than Three Years Ago. All Those Good Union Factory Jobs Went To Mexico and Asia... AND... Farmers are Going Bankrupt in Vast Numbers... Stores are Closing and Those Retail Clerk Jobs are Vanishing...

If You OPEN YOUR EYES AND NOTICE REALITY You Will See That No Matter What The Talking Heads Say on TV... We Are HURTING... Trump-0-Nomics Is A Disaster!

Matt Foley: Van Down By The River - SNL -
After their cleaning lady finds pot in the house, parents (Phil Hartman, Julia Sweeney) hire motivational speaker Matt Foley (Chris Farley) to talk to their teens (David Spade, Christina Applegate) about drugs and their future.

The Internet is a Great Benefit to Retired People. Years ago, Men would Retire from Work and Die Quickly... Due to Boredom... Lack of Things to Fill up their time...

It's Possible that the Internet will actually extent the lifespan of Retired People... It keeps the Mind Occupied... Chatting with Friends on Facebook... Writing an Autobiography... Uploading Music Videos and Art... Writing Opinion Articles for a Blog. It appears that about a hundred people a day read my words of wisdom. Even if my words are NOT particularly Wise. It keeps my mind active thinking up what to say... Learning Stuff... Watching Music Videos on Youtube... Looking at Photographs taken by people I know... I especially enjoy Videos of the Children in my Family...

I remember that My Father used to Watch the News on TV and It would make him angry... So he would yell at the TV... NOT as satisfying as WRITING an opinion article and publishing it on Google's Blogger, Facebook, Tumblr, Ello, Mastodon, Minds and Wordpress... People read My Words and Comment...

I tried sitting on the back porch and observing the trees... and the creek... It's not that great...

Just watching TV all day allows Other People to Determine What is Available to Watch... and what IDEAS are Poured into My Brain... They are in business to sell advertising and so they simply show whatever the most number of people with disposable income want to watch... For Example: On my dish we have about ten movie channels and they repeat the top 100 movies again and again... Men in Black, Harry Potter, Ghostbusters and Total Recall are shown about once a week...

However there are a few networks that provide different content. Free Speech TV, Link TV, CSPAN and PBS all have no advertisements and NO CORPORATE MASTERS.

Great Book: "It's Better than it Looks: Reasons for Optimism in an Age of Fear" by Gregg Easterbrook

Most people who read the news would tell you that 2017 is one of the worst years in recent memory. We're facing a series of deeply troubling, even existential problems: fascism, terrorism, environmental collapse, racial and economic inequality, and more.

Yet this narrative misses something important: by almost every meaningful measure, the modern world is better than it ever has been. In the United States, disease, crime, discrimination, and most forms of pollution are in long-term decline, while longevity and education keep rising and economic indicators are better than in any past generation. Worldwide, malnutrition and extreme poverty are at historic lows, and the risk of dying by war or violence is the lowest in human history.

Nine countries in the world possess a total of 14,900 nuclear weapons. The United States and Russia account for 93 percent of them. Since their peak in the mid-1980’s, global arsenals have shrunk by over two-thirds. More countries have given up weapons and programs in the past 30 years than have tried to acquire them. The direction is positive, but when you are fleeing a forest fire it is not just direction but speed that matters. Ploughshares Fund is committed to reducing nuclear threats before it is too late.
