They are used to make the North and South Jettys
that protect the Harbor Entrance.
Originally, the Army Corps of Engineers used
giant rocks to build the Jettys but
over the years they were washed away by the Ocean Waves.
Dolos were invented in South Africa and
look like chicken bones used in a gambling game...
